Feedback is constructive criticism or can be positive advice. It is a response to an event given by/to someone or a review or idea of improvement.
What is it for?
It is used to maximize potential and improve performance and grades.

How valid and reliable are these methods? What are the positives and negatives?
Twitter is a really valid and reliable method, it gives us a chance to show our demo to a lot of people all at one time and gives them an easy way to reply and provide us with feedback. The negative would be, you can't control the feedback you get, you could get anything sent back to you.
Facebook is also a really reliable method because many people tend to have a lot of different people on Facebook so you can get a range of feedback from a range of different people. The negative on Facebook would also be, you can't control the feedback you get, you could get anything sent back to you.
